A satin ribbon "strap" can be added to the tube top to transform it into a halter-style top upon request. Please The Peony Flower & Feather Headband is not included but it can easily be added to your order.

The pettiskirt is simply gorgeous! Lovingly made with over 35 yards of premium, 100% nylon chiffon and oodles of luscious, light pink chiffon ruffles- twice the amount found in most standard pettiskirts. So full and fluffy! Soft, satin-covered elastic waistband is fully adjustable, allowing for growth and continuous wear this year and next. Waistband features a detachable satin ribbon bow. Skirt falls to just above knee-length.
