This adorable outfit was a custom order for a little girl who LOVES the book Pinkalicous! In the book the little girl eats soo many pink cupcakes that she actually turns pink!!

This outfit can be made with a short or long sleeve white shirt. It comes in size newborn up to size 6! The shirt has a big pink cupcak on the front of it! The cupcake "wrapper" is dark pink with little white polka dots on it! The frosting is pink sparkle & the age & name are in hot pink satin! The tutu is made with hot pink, white & pink tulle.
