This outfit comes with a short poofy sleeve white fitted t-shirt. It has a white material with small red hearts appliqued with a red satin heart in the center! The pettitutu is made with soft white & red tulle. The waist is wrapped in red polka dot satin ribbon for a very comfortable and adorable look! The the whole outfit is pulled together with a red polka dot headband with a big red rose attached to it! This can also be done in any other color combination you want!!
