Custom Orders:
All custom orders placed may vary slighly from the picture shown. This is due to what is in stock at the time of your order.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service or UPS. The average ground shipping time is 3-10 business days.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee. If you need an item sooner, please choose the express shipping option when checking out. (Not available for Canadian orders).
**Please note: All larger items such as Furniture may require an additional freight surcharge. In these cases you will be emailed an invoice for the additional shipping charges.

We are not responsible for and no refunds will be given if we are provided with an incorrect address. We will be happy to reship at your expense.
We can ship outside of the USA. Please email us at savvybritchesboutique@gmail.com for rates.
Please note, orders outside the USA may be subject to duties and tariffs.
Some orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Multiple items may be shipped in seperate packages.
We are not responsible once shipped. However we will do everything we can to track your package.
International customers please read: This is only for international orders that include multiple items that are not tutus/tutu dresses and that we ship to you from us directly not from our designers: Savvy Britches Boutique will ship your package by USPS (United States Postal Service) international mail and will have proof of shipping in the form of a customs label. The customs label will have your name and address as the "ship to" address, with Savvy Britches as the "from" address. The customs label will have a a date stamp showing the date it was entered into the system by the USPS. Savvy Britches can not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or non delivery. Refund will NOT be given for delayed items, returned items, undeliverable items or non delivered items. Savvy Britches can not provide tracking information. International shipping times vary and Savvy Britches can not quote a shipping time.
For International Shipments, we are not reponsible once your items reach customs.
Sales Tax:
Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to a Washington state address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
Delivery Time:
Many of our items are custom made to order and require a specific amount of time for delivery. Some shipping times for custom made items can take 2-4 weeks for creation. Please see each product description for shipping time. There are times that your order contains items that will be shipped separately, and you will not incur any additional costs for this. You will be notified promptly by email if there are any delays with your order. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all related packaging and contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges:
Savvy Britches Boutique strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 20 days from the date shipped. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will still be responsible for postage. Please email us at savvybritchesboutique@gmail.com for a Return Authorization number. Upon receipt of your approved return, Savvy Britches Boutique will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange. Shipping charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom designed items, personalized items, pettitskirts, tutus, tutu dresses, diaper bags, hair bows, headbands, special occasion, shoes and swimwear require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If for any reason the item you have purchased is no longer available, Savvy Britches will fully refund your payment and will have no further obligations to this item.
All sale items are final sale.

Savvy Britches has partnered with Paypal Merchange Solutions to process your online payment safely and securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover. Customer privacy and security is important to us, please be assured that all payments made are 100% secure and at no time will your personal information be shared with anyone.
Gift Certificates:
When purchasing a gift certificate you must provide the name of the recipient. Gift Certificates (all or partial) may not be redeemed for cash or credit, only for store merchandise until the remaining balance is equal to $0.00.
Order Tracking:
You will be noticed via email once your order has shipped. Please be sure to add savvybritchesboutique@gmail.com to your email address book to be sure that our emails reach you and are not sent to spam. Please allow 2-10 business days for receipt of your order.
