Orders:

We want your shopping experience at Savvy Britches Boutique to be fun and convenient.  Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

If you need additional assistance please email customerservice@savvybritchesboutique.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  

 

Shipping:

We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.  

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service or UPS.  The average ground shipping time is 3-10 business days.  

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.  If you need an item sooner, please choose the express shipping option when checking out.  (Not available for Canadian orders).  

All orders $100.00 or less incur shipping charges at a flat rate of $4.95.  Orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping.**

**Please note:  All larger items such as Furniture may require an additional freight surcharge that does not qualify for the FREE shipping.

Free shipping is ground shipping to the 48 continental US States only.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada & Puerto Rico do not qualify for the free shipping and will incur a different shipping rate.  

 We can ship outside of the USA. Please email us at customerservice@savvybritchesboutique.com for rates.

Please note, orders outside the USA may be subject to duties and tariffs.  

Some orders will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.


Gift Wrapping:

Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge of $5.00 per box. 


Sales Tax:

Sales Tax applies to all orders shipped to a Washington state address.  There is no sales tax charged for any other state.

 

Delivery Time:

 

Many of our items are custom made to order and require a specific amount of time for delivery.  Please see each product description for shipping time.  There are times that your order contains items that will be shipped separately, and you will not incur any additional costs for this.  You will be notified promptly by email if there are any delays with your order.  If your item arrives damaged, please keep all related packaging and contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement.  


Returns & Exchanges:

Savvy Britches Boutique strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 20 days from the date shipped.  Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging.  Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached.  You will still be responsible for postage.  Please email us at returns@savvybritchesboutique.com for a Return Authorization number.  Upon receipt of your approved return, Savvy Britches Boutique will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.  Shipping charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.  

Custom designed items, personalized items, pettitskirts, tutus and swimwear require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Items that are custom, personalized or made to order are noted in either the product description or indicated in the ships in time. 

If for any reason the item you have purchased is no longer available, Savvy Britches will fully refund your payment and will have no further obligations to this item.

All sale items are final sale. 

 

Payments:

Savvy Britches has partnered with Paypal Merchange Solutions to process your online payment safely and securely.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover.  Customer privacy and security is important to us, please be assured that all payments made are 100% secure and at no time will your personal information be shared with anyone.   

 

Gift Certificates:

When purchasing a gift certificate you must provide the name of the recipient.  Gift Certificates (all or partial) may not be redeemed for cash or credit, only for store merchandise until the remaining balance is equal to $0.00.

 

Order Tracking:

You will be noticed via email once your order has shipped.  Please be sure to add orders@savvybritchesboutique.com to your email address book to be sure that our emails reach you and are not sent to spam.  Please allow 2-10 business days for receipt of your order.  

 

New Product Submission:

Savvy Britches Boutique is continually on the search for new artisans and would love to see the designs you have to offer.  Please contact sales@savvybritchesboutique.com for all submissions.
